Unit Separation Sample Clauses

The Unit Separation clause defines how individual units within a larger property or development are treated as distinct and independent entities for legal or operational purposes. In practice, this means that each unit—such as an apartment, office, or retail space—can be owned, leased, or managed separately from the others, and the rights or obligations associated with one unit do not automatically extend to others. This clause is essential for clarifying boundaries and responsibilities, ensuring that issues or liabilities affecting one unit do not impact the rest, thereby providing certainty and protection for both owners and occupants.
