Unit Representation. It is recognized that the Union owes the same responsibilities to all employees in the representation unit and has a duty to provide fair and equal representation to all employees in all classes in the unit whether or not they are members of the Union.
Unit Representation. The bargaining unit shall consist of all full and part-time certificated employees (hereinafter referred to as "teachers"), including classroom teachers, therapists and tutors. Unit Representation. Members of the Executive Board of ACE will represent the unit in matters of mutual concern with the School District. Subd. 1.
