Common use of Unit Register Clause in Contracts

Unit Register. The Unit Register shall be kept by or on behalf of the Trustees, under the direction of the Trustees, and shall contain (i) the names and addresses of the Participants, (ii) the number of Units representing their respective beneficial interests hereunder and (iii) a record of all allocations and redemptions thereof. Such Unit Register shall be conclusive as to the identity of the Participants to which the Units are allocated. Only Participants whose allocation of Units is recorded on such Unit Register shall be entitled to receive distributions with respect to Units or otherwise to exercise or enjoy the rights and benefits related to the beneficial interest hereunder represented by the Units. No Participant shall be entitled to receive any distribution, nor to have notices given to it as herein provided, until it was given its appropriate address to such officer or agent of the Trust as shall keep the Unit Register for entry thereon.
