Unit Operator. The person, association, partnership, corporation, or other business entity designated under this Agreement to conduct operations on Unitized Land as specified herein.
Unit Operator. A single Sunrise Joint Venturer shall be appointed by agreement between the Sunrise Joint Venturers as their agent for the purposes of exploiting the Unit Reservoirs in accordance with this Agreement (“the Unit Operator”). The appointment of and any change of the Unit Operator shall be subject to prior approval of the Regulatory Authorities.
Unit Operator. 6.1 lll is hereby designated as Unit Operator, and by signature hereto as Unit Operator agrees and consents to accept the duties and obligations of Unit Operator for the discovery, development, production, distribution, and utilization of Unitized Substances as herein provided. Whenever reference is made herein to the Unit Operator, such reference means the Unit Operator acting in that capacity and not as an owner of interest in Unitized Substances, and the term ‘‘Working Interest Owner,’’ when used herein, shall include or refer to Unit Operator as the owner of a Working Interest when such an interest is owned by it.
Unit Operator. 1. The Executive Agencies shall ensure that a unit operator for a Transboundary Unit Is designated by agreement between the Licensees. The designation or change of the unit operator shall be subject to the approval of the Executive Agencies.

Unit Operator. Unit Operator shall comply with the workers’ compensation laws of the state in which the Unit Area is located. Unit Operator shall also maintain in force at all times with respect to operations hereunder such other insurance, if any, as may be required by law. In addition, Unit Operator shall maintain such other insurance, if any, that is described in Exhibit 3 attached hereto or that receives the Approval of the Parties from time to time. Unit Operator shall carry no other insurance for the benefit of the Parties, except as above specified. Upon request by any Party, Unit Operator shall furnish evidence of the insurance carried by it with respect to operations hereunder.
