Unit Load Devices. Groundco shall provide all ULDs used in connection with the ACMI Services. All such ULDs shall (i) be compatible for use with the Aircraft, (ii) meet the operational requirements necessary for the provision of the ACMI Services, (iii) satisfy all applicable Legal Requirements and (iv) satisfy the requirements of Airco's FAA-approved manuals. Groundco, at its own cost and expense, shall maintain and repair all ULDs; provided that Airco shall bear the cost of any maintenance or repair work caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Airco, its officers, employees, agents or servants. The storage, loading and handling of ULDs, and the damage tolerance of ULDs, will be in accordance with the GOM.
Unit Load Devices. The Supplier is responsible for the management and pre-positioning of all Unit Load Devices (ULDs) at the departure airhead, and must liaise with the REDACTED – NATIONAL SECURITY to confirm arrangements.
Unit Load Devices. When shipper undertakes to load a Unit Load Device (ULD), he must comply with JAL's loading instructions and shall be liable for and indemnify JAL against all consequences of any non-compliance with such instructions.
