Unit Expiration Dates. Landlord reserves the right to determine the unit lease expiration date for all units under this Agreement; provided however, that Landlord shall ensure that the unit expiration dates for all units under this Agreement shall be on or by September 30th for each lease year during the Bulk Term, including any exercised extension options, such that units for which the Tenant has provided termination notice under Section 2 or Section 22 hereof will be terminated prior to or by the Lease Termination Date of the Agreement.
