Common use of Unit Costs Clause in Contracts

Unit Costs. The Lot Book Value of Developed Lots on which Units (completed or under construction) are situated PLUS the amount of actual out of pocket costs incurred by the Borrower or a Subsidiary in connection with the construction of Units for which the Borrower, upon request by the Agent, provides to the Agent invoices, work orders and other documentation reasonably satisfactory to the Agent and which have otherwise been properly accounted for by the Borrower in the Borrowing Base Reports submitted to the Agent in accordance with Section 8.5 hereof.

Unit Costs.
