Unit Advancement Sample Clauses

Unit Advancement. Employees shall receive an additional $0.15 per hour for each block of ten (10) units earned at a college or university to a maximum of three (3) blocks or $0.45 per hour. Units applicable for this advancement are “semester units”. “Quarter units” shall be converted to semester units by multiplying the total of any such units by two-thirds (⅔).
