Unit Accounting Sample Clauses

Unit Accounting. The investments in each Investment Fund designated by the Administrator as subject to unit accounting will be maintained in full and fractional units. The responsible Named Fiduciary is responsible for determining the number of full and fractional units of each such Investment Fund.
