Common use of Unissued or Reacquired Shares Clause in Contracts

Unissued or Reacquired Shares. Shares of Series C Preferred Stock not issued or which have been issued, redeemed or otherwise purchased or acquired by the Corporation shall be restored to the status of authorized but unissued shares of preferred stock without designation as to series.

Unissued or Reacquired Shares. Shares of Series C B Preferred Stock not issued or which that have been issuedissued and converted, redeemed or otherwise purchased or acquired by the Corporation shall be retired upon their acquisition, shall not be reissued as shares of Series B Preferred Stock, and, upon the taking of any action required by law, shall be restored to the status of authorized but unissued shares of preferred stock of the Corporation without designation as to series.

Unissued or Reacquired Shares. Shares of Series C I Preferred Stock not issued or which have been issued, redeemed or otherwise purchased or acquired by the Corporation shall be restored to the status of authorized but unissued shares of preferred stock without designation as to series.

Unissued or Reacquired Shares. Shares of Series C [H] Preferred Stock not issued or which have been issued, redeemed or otherwise purchased or acquired by the Corporation shall be restored to the status of authorized but unissued shares of preferred stock without designation as to series.
