Unique Entity ID Sample Clauses
The Unique Entity ID clause establishes a requirement for each party or entity involved in an agreement to be identified by a specific, standardized identification number. This identifier, such as a DUNS number or a government-issued code, is used to distinguish entities in official records, contracts, or transactions, ensuring that there is no confusion between similarly named organizations. By mandating the use of a Unique Entity ID, the clause helps prevent misidentification, streamlines administrative processes, and enhances the accuracy and traceability of contractual relationships.
