Unique Costs. Entity shall pay any additional or unique election costs resulting from Entity delays and/or special preparations or cancellations relating to Entity’s participation in Election. Special preparations can include, but are not limited to: ballot addendums, affidavits, ballot language length exceeding 250 words or multiple page ballot.
