Union Violation. In the event of any violation of Section 1 of this Article, the Union, immediately upon request of the Employer, shall publicly disavow such activity, shall instruct all employees to return to work verbally and in writing and shall perform any and all acts necessary to guarantee the normal operations of the Employer.
