Union Representative Visit Clause Samples

The Union Representative Visit clause establishes the right of union representatives to access the workplace for specific purposes, such as meeting with employees or monitoring working conditions. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for scheduling visits, any advance notice required, and the areas of the workplace that may be accessed, while also addressing any security or confidentiality concerns. Its core function is to facilitate communication between union representatives and employees, ensuring that union activities can be conducted effectively while balancing the employer’s operational needs.
