The Union Recommendations clause outlines the process by which a labor union can formally present suggestions or proposals to an employer regarding workplace policies, conditions, or practices. Union Recommendations. At any time, the Union may bring to the attention of the appropriate management officials such training needs as it deems necessary for the performance of the duties of employees. These officials agree to give serious consideration to recommendations.
