Union hold harmless. The Union and the Port acknowledge that this drug-testing program is solely initiated at the behest of the Port. The Port shall be solely liable doe any legal obligations and costs arising out of the provisions and/or applications of this collective bargaining agreement relating to drug testing. The Union shall be held harmless for the violation of any worker rights arising from the drug-testing procedures.
