Union Clearance Clause Samples
Union Clearance. It is agreed that such members secure a clearance from the Union prior to reporting for work. The Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is to be given a copy of the clearance as soon as possible. Such clearance shall continue unrevoked so long as the member remains in good standing.
Union Clearance. Such employees shall secure a clearance from the Union Hall and pay appropriate union dues.
