Union Bug. Union members shall have the right to include the Union label on all books, reports, brochures, stationery or other documents produced by the District in accordance with customary printing trade’s practices unless the person ordering the printing marks an objection on the appropriate form.

Union Bug. The recognized insignia of the Union shall be as determined by the Union. This designation shall, at the employee’s option, be placed on materials typed, formatted or otherwise prepared by a member of the Union. This designation shall be placed below the signatory initials on typewritten materials.

Union Bug. The employer shall include a reference to UNITE HERE! Local 17 on all products. The Union may propose new logos or other forms of reference, which Employer shall not unreasonably refuse to add to its packag- ing. Nothing herein shall obligate Employer to accelerate or alter its normal proce- dures and timelines for designing and producing new labels.

If HEU does not have any specific objection to the bug, then Employees who are members of Unifor Local 468-W may put Unifor Local 468-W bug on any document that they produce.
