Union Appointment. One (1) Employee, who may be elected or appointed to a position in the Union, upon proper notice to the Management, shall be granted leave of absence without pay. Upon one (1) week's notice of his/her desire to again return to work for the Company, he/she shall be placed on the job he/she previously held or one with equal pay without loss of seniority.
