Unilateral Pricing Policy. Reseller is informed of Lumitec’s Unilateral Pricing Policy as it applies to the advertisement for sale of the Products from Reseller to consumers in the United States. There is no agreement, express or implied, between Lumitec and Reseller with respect to the advertised or resale pricing of the Products.
