Unilateral Modifications. The CMF may unilaterally issue minor or administrative modifications, which do not materially change the obligations of the CMF or Project Awardee, such as incremental funding increases , or changes to personnel identified in the Agreement or Project Award. Unilateral modifications will be signed by only the CMF.
