Unilateral Decision of Employer. Employer may, at its option, upon notice to Employee, terminate Employee's employment and this Agreement effective on the date of that notice. A material reduction in Employee's responsibilities, as such responsibilities are described in Section 1 of this Agreement, by Employer shall constitute a termination under this Section 4(b)(iii).
