Uniform Commercial Code Remedies. Beneficiary shall have all the rights, remedies and recourses with respect to the Personalty, Fixtures, Leases and Rents and Revenues afforded a Secured Party by the aforesaid Uniform Commercial Code (being Chapter 9 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, as to property within the scope thereof and situated in the State of Texas) in addition to, and not in limitation of, the other rights, remedies and recourses afforded Beneficiary by the Secured Debt Documents.
