Common use of Uniform Commercial Code Remedies Clause in Contracts

Uniform Commercial Code Remedies. Subject, in each case, to the rights of any Lienholder under or pursuant to the Senior Liens, and the terms and provisions of the SNDA and this Deed of Trust, Beneficiary and/or Trustee shall have all the rights, remedies and recourses (other than auction and sale rights) with respect to the Personalty, Fixtures and Leases afforded to it by the aforesaid Uniform Commercial Code (as the same is codified and in effect in New Mexico) in addition to, and not in limitation of, the other rights, remedies and recourses afforded by this Deed of Trust.
