Common use of Uniform Codes Clause in Contracts

Uniform Codes. City may apply to the Project Site, at any time during the Term, the then current Uniform building construction, fire or other codes, as the same may be adopted or amended from time to time by City, and City’s then current design and construction standards for public improvements, as the same may be adopted or amended from time to time, provided any such uniform code or standard has been adopted and uniformly applied by City on a citywide basis, and provided that no such code or standard is adopted for the purpose of preventing or otherwise limiting construction of all or any part of the Project.
