UNIFIED BUSINESS IDENTIFIER NUMBER. On the effective date of service of this Agreement, if required by Washington State, Contractor has a certificate of professional liability coverage and an established account with the Washington Department of Revenue, for the business Contractor is conducting for the payment of all state taxes normally paid by employers and businesses and has registered for and received a unified business identifier number from the State of Washington.
