Common use of Unencumbered Pool Statements and Projections Clause in Contracts

Unencumbered Pool Statements and Projections. Each of the Unencumbered Pool Statements to be delivered to Agent pursuant to SECTION 5.1(f) (i) has been or will be, as applicable, prepared in accordance with the books and records of the applicable Unencumbered Asset and (ii) fairly presents or will fairly present in all material respects, as applicable, the results of operations of such Unencumbered Asset for the period then ended.
