Common use of Unearned Clause in Contracts

Unearned. If a Principal/assistant principal leaves the District without having earned, on a pro-rata basis, the number of sick leave days he/she has used, the District shall reduce the principal’s/assistant principal’s final paycheck for any unearned sick leave days.
