Common use of Undrawn Availability Clause in Contracts

Undrawn Availability. Immediately after giving effect to the proposed Credit Extension, the Total Revolving Exposure shall not exceed the Total Availability at such time. Each of the delivery of a Borrowing Request or notice requesting the issuance, amendment, extension or renewal of a Letter of Credit and the acceptance by the Borrowers of the proceeds of such Credit Extension shall constitute a representation and warranty by each Borrower and each other Loan Party that on the date of such Credit Extension (both immediately before and after giving effect to such Credit Extension and the application of the proceeds thereof) the conditions contained in this Section 4.02 have been satisfied. The Borrowers shall provide such information (including calculations in reasonable detail of the covenants in Section 6.10) as the Agent may reasonably request to confirm that the conditions in this Section 4.02 have been satisfied.
