Undistributed Amounts. Any portion of the Exchange Fund or the Cash Deposit which remains undistributed for six months after the Effective Time shall be delivered to Parent, and any holder of Company Capital Stock who has not theretofore complied with the provisions of this Article III shall thereafter look only to Parent for satisfaction of their claims for Parent Common Stock or any cash in lieu of fractional shares of Parent Common Stock and any Presurrender Dividends.
