Common use of Undischarged Judgment Clause in Contracts

Undischarged Judgment. One or more judgments for the payment of money in an amount in excess of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) in the aggregate shall be rendered against the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (or any combination thereof) and shall remain undischarged for a period of ten consecutive Business Days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed, or any action is legally taken by a judgment creditor to levy upon any such judgment;

Undischarged Judgment.
