Common use of UNDISBURSED COMMITMENT FEE Clause in Contracts

UNDISBURSED COMMITMENT FEE. A fee on the average daily amount of the Unused Commitment, during the period for which payment is made, of three-eighths (3/8) of one percent (1%) per annum shall be payable by Borrowers quarterly in arrears on the last day of each March, June, September and December commencing December 31, 1997, and continuing until maturity.
