Underutilization Charge. Following the Ramp Period, if Customer does not satisfy the MVR for any monthly billing period, then Customer will pay to MCI an underutilization charge (which Customer agrees is reasonable) equal to the difference between the MVR and Customer's actual Net Usage for such month.
