Undertaking to subscribe. Under a capacity or an Auxiliary Service Reservation request, the Shipper undertakes to subscribe for the Capacity Allocated by GRTgaz or the Auxiliary Service, and the Shipper shall not be entitled to waive all or part of the Allocated Capacity or the Auxiliary Service.
