Understanding Agreement. The Association and each undersigned owner warrant that they have been advised of their right to consult additional professional of their choice and at their own expense regarding any potential consequences of entering into this Agreement. All of the Parties expressly understand and agree that this Agreement shall be forever binding and that no recession, modification, or release from this Agreement will be made for any mistake of fact or law.
