UNDERLYING SERVICES. A. Discount - The rates and charges that apply for the underlying services that are sold to a reseller in accordance with the terms and conditions described herein, are specified in D.P.U. Mass. No. 10. The Telephone Company will discount the D.P.U. Mass. No. 10 rates and charges by applying the resale discounts specified in Section 6.10 of these terms and conditions to the applicable D.P.U. Mass. No. 10 rates and charges for resold services offered under these terms and conditions in accordance with Section 6.5.1.2.
