Underlying Documentation. Upon the occurrence and at any time during the continuance of an Event of Default, the Debtor will, upon the request therefor by the Secured Party, promptly deliver possession to the Secured Party of any or all of the Instruments, Documents and Chattel Paper that constitute a part of the Collateral.
