Under Splitter Sample Clauses

Under Splitter. Option A, GNAPs may conduct its own physical tests of the shared Loop from GNAPs’s collocation area. If it chooses to do so, GNAPs may supply and install a test head to facilitate such physical tests, provided that: (a) the test head satisfies the same NEBS requirements that Verizon imposes on its own test head equipment or the test head equipment of any Verizon Affiliate; and (b) the test head does not interrupt the voice circuit to any greater degree than a conventional MLT test. Specifically, the GNAPs-provided test equipment may not interrupt an in-in- progress voice connection and must automatically restore any circuits tested in intervals comparable to MLT. This optional GNAPs-provided test head will be installed in GNAPs’s Collocaton area between the “line” port of the splitter and the POT Bay in order to conduct remote physical tests of the shared Loop.
Under Splitter. Option 1, Teleconex may conduct its own physical tests of the shared Loop from Teleconex’s collocation area. If it chooses to do so, Teleconex may supply a test head to facilitate such physical tests, provided that: (a) the test head satisfies the same NEBS requirements that Verizon imposes on its own test head equipment or the test head equipment of any Verizon Affiliate; and (b) the test head does not interrupt the voice circuit to any greater degree than a conventional Mechanized Loop Test (MLT). Specifically, the Teleconex- provided test equipment may not interrupt an in-progress voice connection and must automatically restore any circuits tested in intervals comparable to MLT. This optional Teleconex-provided test head would be installed between the “line” port of the splitter and the POT Bay in order to conduct remote physical tests of the shared Loop.‌‌‌‌‌
Under Splitter. Option A, NTE may conduct its own physical tests of the shared Loop from NTE’s collocation area. If it chooses to do so, NTE may supply and install a test head to facilitate such physical tests, provided that: (a) the test head satisfies the same NEBS requirements that Verizon imposes on its own test head equipment or the test head equipment of any Verizon Affiliate; and (b) the test head does not interrupt the voice circuit to any greater degree than a conventional MLT test. Specifically, the NTE- provided test equipment may not interrupt an in-in-progress voice connection and must automatically restore any circuits tested in intervals comparable to MLT. This optional NTE- provided test head will be installed in NTE’s Collocaton area between the “line” port of the splitter and the POT Bay in order to conduct remote physical tests of the shared Loop.
Under Splitter. Option A, CSTC may conduct its own physical tests of the shared Loop from CSTC’s Collocation area. If it chooses to do so, CSTC may supply and install a test head to facilitate such physical tests, provided that: (a) the test head satisfies the same NEBS requirements that Verizon imposes on its own test head equipment or the test head equipment of any Verizon Affiliate; and (b) the test head does not interrupt the voice circuit to any greater degree than a conventional MLT test. Specifically, the CSTC-provided test equipment may not interrupt an in-in- progress voice connection and must automatically restore any circuits tested in intervals comparable to MLT. This optional CSTC-provided test head will be installed in CSTC’s Collocation area between the “line” port of the splitter and the POT Bay in order to conduct remote physical tests of the shared Loop.
Under Splitter. Option A, Ciera may conduct its own physical tests of the shared Loop from Ciera’s collocation area. If it chooses to do so, Ciera may supply and install a test head to facilitate such physical tests, provided that: (a) the test head satisfies the same NEBS requirements that Verizon imposes on its own test head equipment or the test head equipment of any Verizon Affiliate; and (b) the test head does not interrupt the voice circuit to any greater degree than a conventional MLT test. Specifically, the Ciera- provided test equipment may not interrupt an in-in-progress voice connection and must automatically restore any circuits tested in intervals comparable to MLT. This optional Ciera- provided test head will be installed in Ciera’s Collocaton area between the “line” port of the splitter and the POT Bay in order to conduct remote physical tests of the shared Loop.
Under Splitter. Option A, DMJ may conduct its own physical tests of the shared Loop from DMJ’s collocation area. If it chooses to do so, DMJ may supply and install a test head to facilitate such physical tests, provided that: (a) the test head satisfies the same NEBS requirements that Verizon imposes on its own test head equipment or the test head equipment of any Verizon Affiliate; and (b) the test head does not interrupt the voice circuit to any greater degree than a conventional MLT test. Specifically, the DMJ- provided test equipment may not interrupt an in-in-progress voice connection and must automatically restore any circuits tested in intervals comparable to MLT. This optional DMJ- provided test head will be installed in DMJ’s Collocaton area between the “line” port of the splitter and the POT Bay in order to conduct remote physical tests of the shared Loop.
