Unconditional Use Clause Samples

Unconditional Use. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article, with respect to any Technical Data and Information any person or entity is authorized by the terms of this Article to use only under certain conditions or limitations, such use shall be free, unconditional and unlimited from and after the time such Technical Data and Information comes into the public domain or becomes otherwise lawfully available to such person or entity on such other terms.
