Common use of Unconditional Payments Clause in Contracts

Unconditional Payments. Your total unconditional compensation, payments and benefits from the Company shall be as follows: (a) You will receive your final pay through the Termination Date, less applicable statutory deductions and authorized withholdings. (b) You will be paid for all accrued but unused paid time off as of the Termination Date, less applicable statutory deductions and authorized withholdings. (c) You will receive, under separate cover, information about your rights to elect medical and dental insurance continuation coverage under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (“COBRA”). Nothing in this Agreement and Release is intended to impair any of the rights described in this paragraph 1, to which you are unconditionally entitled.
