Common use of Unconditional Guaranties Clause in Contracts

Unconditional Guaranties. (1) For value received, the undersigned Guarantors, jointly and severally, hereby fully, unconditionally and absolutely guarantee to Holders and to the Trustee the due and punctual payment of the principal of, and premium, if any, and interest on the Securities and all other amounts due and payable under the Indenture and the Securities by the Partnership, when and as such principal, premium, if any, and interest shall become due and payable, whether at the stated maturity or by declaration of acceleration, call for redemption or otherwise, according to the terms of the Securities and the Indenture.
