Common use of Unclaimed Space Clause in Contracts

Unclaimed Space. Licensee must “check-in” to their assigned residence hall and bed space during their designated move-in day, unless otherwise arranged with University Housing. Failure to take occupancy of the assigned space or make other arrangements by 5:00 p.m. on the first day of instruction may result in cancellation of the License Agreement. Licensee will be assessed cancellation charges in accordance with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement (Section III. CANCELLATION OF LICENSE AGREEMENT).
