Unavailability of the Transaction Platform Website. 9.2.1 Where, for any reason, you are unable to access and use the Transaction Platform Website, you may use the Call Centre to access the Transaction Platform. 9.2.2 We will, where possible, provide you with timely notice, in writing, of any unavoidable delay in the performance of the rectification of the Transaction Platform Website and will advise you of other means of Transacting, if applicable.
