Common use of Unauthorized Representations Clause in Contracts

Unauthorized Representations. Without the express prior written consent of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, Licensee agrees not to make any representations, statements or suggestions (a) that purport to be or might reasonably be construed to be made on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ or its Third-Party Licensors, (b) that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ endorses Licensee’s products or services or (c) regarding the capabilities of the Licensed Application other than those made by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ or its Third-Party Licensors in the most recent version of the Documentation.
