Unauthorized Release. The Contractor releases text or data delivered to the Contractor by the Agency under this contract to any person including but not limited to a related entity of the Contractor, the text or data is produced in a book or originates from electronic media transferred or delivered to the Contractor by the Agency, and the release is not expressly approved in writing by the Agency.
