Unauthorized Materials. This Agreement does not authorize placement of any materials, other than those specifically identified in this Agreement, into any ephemeral stream(s).
Unauthorized Materials. Any materials placed in seasonally dry portions of a stream that could be washed downstream or could be deleterious to aquatic life shall be removed prior to inundation by high flows.
