UNAUTHORIZED ALIEN. An alien who does not have the legal right or authorization under federal law to work in the United States, as defined in 8 U.S.C. 1324a(h)(3). BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared , who, being duly sworn, states on his oath or affirmation as follows:
UNAUTHORIZED ALIEN. Contractor will comply with 8 USC §1324a et seq. and shall not knowingly employ or contract with an unauthorized alien to perform work.
UNAUTHORIZED ALIEN. An alien who is not authorized to work in the United States as defined in 8 U.S.C. § 1324a (h) (3) .
UNAUTHORIZED ALIEN. SAMPLE This provision will apply only to sole proprietor Agreements. Contractor will comply with 8 USC §1324a et seq. and shall not knowingly employ or contract with an unauthorized alien to perform work.
