Common use of Unauthorized Access Notification Clause in Contracts

Unauthorized Access Notification. XXX shall notify Provider immediately, but in no less than 72 hours, of any known or suspected unauthorized use or access of the Services, LEA’s account, or Student Data. XXX will assist Provider in any efforts by Provider to investigate and respond to any unauthorized use or access.
