Unapplied Advance Amount. For greater certainty, if at the end of the Term any amount of the Advance Amount remains outstanding and unapplied, such residual amount of the Advance Amount shall be applied at the end of the Term as additional purchase price for the Finished Cobalt already Delivered by the Seller to the Purchaser under this Agreement and shall under no circumstances be required to be repaid by the Seller, or any other Vale Entities.
