UN-AVAILABILITY UNDER TASK. 13.1. In the event of a Tasked Aircraft becoming Unavailable whilst Tasked the Contractor will consult with 2GP VIP Tasking Cell (or the Air Support Command On Transit team if outside core hours) and agree the quickest method of ensuring that the task is completed. The Contractor shall be liable for all costs for completing the Task, except where the unavailability has been caused by a Force Majeure Event.
